Eagle Ridge Christian School is fully accredited by the International Christian Accrediting Association (ICAA) and the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA).
ICAA was founded in 1985 to assist Christian educational institutions — preschool through postsecondary — in the improvement of education within its Christian distinctive. ICAA achieved their purpose by establishing an organizational witness to the school’s credibility of performance, integrity, and quality. ICAA is recognized by the United States Department of Education as a bona-fide accrediting body.
The NCA which was founded in 1895 and now accredits over 8,500 public and private schools. NCA holds the education profession to ever-higher standards assuring the public of quality learning opportunities. Through its accreditation and related services, NCA continuously improves the quality of education and challenges education entities to prepare each and every learner for success.
Both NCA and ICAA are members of the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA). CITA is dedicated to advancing the quality of education through accreditation. Comprised of the premier American educational accrediting agencies, CITA accredits more than 30,000 public and private educational institutions in 100 countries, touching over 10 million students.
